moopacking art

Saturday night in the meatpacking district and these views were the classiest that evening. I was told that the astronaut was done by an artist, once propositioned by a celebrity chef.

Swiss Bus

I saw this bus parked on 55th & Broadway. There were people inside dressed in Swedish attire. Conicidentally, across the street in front of a bar, were a group of men dressed as court jesters. I don't think one had anything to do with the other.

Booz cruise

Unless you've got a 4 mil. to spend on water front condo, the best way to get a nice view of the city is on a boat, preferably with a bar.

It was rainy, but clouds gave the sunset some cool effects. Brought to you by Christian, the sponsor of the booz cruise.

Better watch your brokeback

I think there's gonna be a turf war. I saw what seems to be a naked cowgirl. I don't think she's in anyway associated with the naked cowboy, who's probably plotting against her as we speak. Although, those stars are a nice touch. Kudos naked cowlady.

Cars

This was Times Square Saturday morning around 8am. I thought it was somewhat interesting. Didn't wanna make me buy a car just yet.

Mr. Biggins

Saw this guy on the street, he's like 7 ft tall. No joke! The person to the right of him is NOT his teenage son, but a tom-boyish woman around 5' 7". I flashed this picture behind him and quickly blended in with some Japanese tourist next to me.

The bird

Ate last night at Danny Ng's, a great chinese place with a cool looking bird. It's eye lights up like a Christmas tree ornament. The highlight of the meal was a whole battered and fried tee-bone steak, magnificent! Later that evening I debated with a Chinese girl on whether or not that's considered Chinese food. My argument was, "yes it is, beyotch".

creepy-mobile

I been trying to get some of my friends to go to Jekyll & Hyde with me for dinner. I know it's touristy but maybe this will convince them. It's the car that picks you up and takes you to their lair. Saw it yesterday. Common we should all go! It's a haunted house that serves chicken strips and pina coladas!

mid 90s

cool off a bit.

Every morning Paddy says the pledge of allegiance. It makes me proud, although i hate the fact that he's a staunch republican.

Clay Creations

Ly, made these cool little clay-people from the playdough supplied as party favors. Very kid-robot. Ly's like a vietnamese Gepetto.

Duane made this.

And on the 7th day Gepetto took a cat nap.

The Diet

The pounds don't come off with cupcakes like this. These were from Jenny's baby shower held at Bubby's. The frosting was so rich. Some of us think it was just whipped butter with food coloring. Paddy choose a blue cupcake b/c he thinks Jenny will have a boy, and grow up to be a mets fan.

The Regiment

Paddy needs to loose a little weight. I have him on a strict diet and rigorous exercise each day. I hope to see results soon.

Also anything random that happen around me might get posted also. Don't expect good writing. I use the word "like" a lot. Anyway here goes.
